| The RRJ ePump Alignment Toolkit quickly
calculates precise measurements to determine
the vertical and horizontal alignment of pump and motor
Shafts. Alignments within two thousandths of an inch are
easily achievable using the RRJ ePump Alignment Toolkit.
Such tolerances are required to prevent premature bearing
and mechanical seal wear. Such unanticipated events result
in costly repairs and downtime. The RRJ toolkit is ideal
for applications with spindle speeds greater than 1800 RPM. |

The Toolkit is designed to fit ANSI
standard pumps. It employs two precision (.0005") digital
dials with USB interfaces for PC computer connectivity.
The dials include NIST calibration certificates. A wireless
option is available. The included PreciseAlign™
toolkit software offers a state-of-the-art Graphical User Display. The user interface
affords
fast and efficient alignment of the pump and motor.
An optional
data logging utility is available for the software as a
plug-in. The logger
provides the ability to record and maintain a history of all
vertical and horizontal alignment readings.
An additional option Vibration Analyzer plug-in is also
available. This software-hardware tool senses and
displays vibration to facilitate fine-tuning of pump and
motor alignments. |

| The Toolkit is designed to perform alignment
of pumps and motors with or without the shaft couplings.
This unique feature is believed to make the RRJ Toolkit
the only one of its kind in the industry. Interchangeable
shaft inserts are used to assure metal-to-metal contact
on all ANSI standard shaft sizes. This is critical to accomplishing
precision alignments. |
